Terms of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the QuickDo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of QuickDo, including users of the free version and Pro Lifetime purchasers.

02 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuickDo for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the App or its content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Using the App to build a competing product or service
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the App

03 No Account Required

QuickDo does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any data stored on it.

We cannot recover lost recordings or settings if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted.

04 Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We do not handle payment information directly.

• Refunds — All refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Restoration — Pro purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchase" option in the app.
• Price changes — The price of Pro Lifetime may change for new purchases. Existing purchasers are not affected.

05 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all voice recordings and transcripts you create using QuickDo. We do not claim any rights over your content.

By using AI output features, you grant us a limited, temporary license to transmit your transcript text to our servers solely for the purpose of generating the AI output you requested. This license terminates immediately once the result is returned to you.

You are solely responsible for the content of your recordings and any outputs you choose to share or publish.

06 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use QuickDo to:

• Record conversations without the consent of all parties (where required by law)
• Create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers
• Use AI features to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

07 AI Features

QuickDo's AI output features (Summary, Email, Tweet, Article, etc.) are powered by third-party AI services. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or sharing it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose
• AI features require an internet connection and may be unavailable during outages

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time without notice.

08 Intellectual Property

QuickDo, its logo, design, code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of QuickDo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent.

09 Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Transcription accuracy will meet any specific standard
• AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickDo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of QuickDo shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to QuickDo at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App from your device terminates these Terms, except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice.

Continued use of QuickDo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
